Vicky Kaushal Expresses Desire to Play Dark Antagonist Role

Vicky Kaushal, known for his exceptional acting skills and diverse roles in Bollywood, expressed his desire to take on a different type of character in his future projects. The actor, who has been in the industry for eight years, has garnered praise for his remarkable performances in films like “Masaan” and “Sardar Udham.”

During an exclusive interview with India Today.in, Vicky Kaushal revealed his interest in playing a dark antagonist role in a film. Despite having showcased his versatility as an actor, he remains eager to explore different shades of characters in his career.

“I have a lot to explore,” said Vicky Kaushal, sharing his aspirations. “I would like to play a sports personality, not necessarily a biopic, but an athlete or something. I want to play a character that is very ‘raseela’ (juicy). Having said that, I would love to do a super dark, antagonist kind of role, it’s lots of fun. So I think it will be fun to commit to a dark character. I would really love to do that.”

Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming projects include “The Great Indian Family,” set to release in cinemas on September 22, and “Sam Bahadur,” scheduled for a December release. As he continues to evolve as an actor, his desire to take on diverse and challenging roles promises exciting prospects for his fans and the industry alike.
