Chennai, India: Reshma Kasim Noor, famously known as the Nomadic Hijabi Rider, is shattering stereotypes and blazing a trail on her classic 350 bike, defying all odds. Having covered a remarkable 9000 kilometers across India, Reshma is now gearing up for an adventurous journey to Saudi Arabia on her beloved motorcycle.
A Solo Journey of Passion and Courage:
Reshma’s story is one of passion, courage, and the pursuit of independence. A lone woman embarking on a breathtaking sojourn, her journey is not just about covering vast distances; it’s about self-discovery.
From Bengaluru to Beyond:
Reshma’s solo ride dream began in Bengaluru. From this vibrant city, she ventured into the heart of Karnataka, uncovering the beauty of Maharashtra, and navigating the bustling streets of Pune. Her journey took her to the scenic shores of Daman and Diu.
Venturing into Gujarat, she cruised through the historical streets of Bihar, then took her bike to the bustling cities of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Yet, she didn’t stop there; she continued to explore the enchanting landscapes of Nepal.
A 9000 KM Odyssey:
Reshma accomplished all this on her motorbike, covering over 9,000 kilometers in total. However, it’s not just the distance but the experiences along the way that make Reshma’s travel remarkable. She didn’t opt for deluxe hotels or resorts; instead, she sought shelter in unconventional places like cozy tents beneath the night sky and the homes of locals.
At times, gurudwaras and petrol bunks provided her with rest stops. Her journey was one of courage, and her mission is to inspire other women to achieve financial independence.
The Next Adventure:
Reshma’s next destination on her journey of a lifetime is a bike ride from Chennai to Saudi Arabia. We wish her the best of luck as she embarks on this exciting adventure, breaking barriers and inspiring others along the way.
